With the formal implementation of the newly revised Law on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste, my country's environmental protection industry has ushered in new development opportunities and challenges. Against this background, a domestic equipment manufacturer has successfully developed a high-efficiency recycled copper multi-stage sorting system with its outstanding R&D strength and deep technical accumulation, and the system has successfully passed the EU CE certification, indicating that its technical level and product quality have reached the international advanced level.
This recycled copper multi-stage sorting system adopts a combination of advanced X-ray sorting technology and eddy current technology to achieve efficient separation of complex waste materials with a copper content of more than 0.5%. This technological breakthrough not only greatly improves the recycling rate of waste copper resources, but also effectively reduces energy consumption and pollution emissions in the waste copper treatment process. At the same time, the system is also equipped with a set of advanced heavy metal capture agent spraying devices, which can significantly reduce dust emissions through spraying, ensuring that dust emissions are less than 5mg/m³, further ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the production environment.
According to the technical director of the company, the core equipment of the system, the copper smelting pot, adopts innovative nano-ceramic coating technology. The application of this technology not only greatly extends the service life of the copper smelting pot, which is three times longer than that of traditional coatings, but also effectively improves the smelting efficiency and product quality. In addition, the company has also thoughtfully launched a package service of "equipment + environmental protection service", providing customers with a full range of value-added services including environmental impact assessment consultation and pollution monitoring, helping customers to better cope with environmental supervision and market competition.
At present, this high-efficiency recycled copper multi-stage sorting system has been widely used in urban mineral demonstration bases in Beijing, Xiong'an and other places. In the actual operation process, the equipment showed excellent performance and stability, and the cost of waste copper treatment was reduced by 32% compared with imported equipment, bringing significant economic and environmental benefits to customers.
