This furnace adopts state-of-the-art oxygen-enriched side-blown smelting technology. By injecting oxygen-enriched air into the molten pool, it enables rapid oxidation and smelting. The system consists of a hearth, shaft, furnace top, and steel frame. The hearth is built with refractory materials, while the furnace body integrates copper and steel water jackets.

On both sides of the shaft, multiple primary and secondary tuyeres are installed. The primary tuyere injects oxygen-enriched air into the molten slag layer, ensuring strong stirring and rapid reaction. The secondary tuyere supplies controlled airflow into the furnace, enabling complete combustion of combustible components in the flue gas.

This equipment features a short process flow, low energy consumption, and minimal emissions. Its high adaptability to raw materials eliminates the need for sintering and agglomeration, simplifying material preparation and feeding systems. Furthermore, it effectively utilizes the latent heat of high-lead slag during smelting, significantly reducing energy consumption. Additionally, the oxygen-enriched smelting process generates high-concentration SO2-containing flue gas, facilitating comprehensive recycling and minimizing environmental impact.
