Thermal storage combustion technology is a combustion technology that operates in high temperature and low oxygen air conditions, also known as high-temperature air combustion technology, high-temperature and low oxygen air combustion technology (HTAC), and flameless combustion technology. Working principle: A thermal storage flue gas preheating and recovery device is adopted, which alternately switches air or gas fuel and flue gas, allowing them to flow through the thermal storage body and recover the sensible heat of hightemperature flue gas to the maximum extent. The exhaust temperature can be reduced to below 150 ℃, and the combustion air can be preheated to 450 ℃ or even 750 ℃, forming a new type of flame that is completely different from traditional flames, creating a combustion technology with uniform temperature distribution in the furnace. Thermal storage technology has increased the theoretical combustion temperature of fuel, shortened melting time, reduced heat loss rate, and increased production. The smoke blackness reaches the Lingermann blackness level of 0-1, reducing NOx emissions by 60-90%, which can be reduced to below 100ppm, reducing smoke emissions and significantly reducing CO, CO2, SO2, etcEmissions of harmful gases.
