The feeding device employs a single-bucket elevator, in which a winch-driven skip car facilitates material transport. Skip volume 1.2m³; Inclination angle of guide rail truss: 45-50°
The skip car follows a top-feeding and bottom-discharging process: When operating along the blanking pit and guide rail, the bottom port remains closed. Upon reaching the top feeding port, the bottom port opens, synchronizing with guide rail movement, allowing material unloading. The car body continues ascending along the guide rail. It stops automatically when reaching its designated position. After unloading, the car descends, with the bottom port closing naturally as it moves downward. This design effectively mitigates common faults associated with traditional car systems. (Leveraging the gravity of agglomerates could enable automatic opening and closing of the discharge port, streamlining the unloading process.)
