The smelting furnace flue gas undergoes desulfurization using two pneumatic emulsification towers arranged in series, following the pre-washing tower process. After desulfurization, the flue gas enters a wet electrostatic demister. Filtered gas is discharged through the stack at the top of the tower. The lime-gypsum method is employed for efficient desulfurization
Emulsion desulfurization technology is a high-performance, highly efficient, and cost-effective solution designed for high-sulfur flue gas treatment. This method utilizes emulsifying swirl plates inside the tower to generate stable high-speed airflow, promoting intense gas-liquid mixing. As a result, the flue gas undergoes rotational cutting and blending, forming an emulsified state that maximizes absorption efficiency. Additionally, emulsified droplets have a significantly larger surface area compared to traditional desulfurization methods, such as water-film and spray-based approaches. This leads to substantially improved SO₂ capture efficiency, enhancing overall desulfurization performance and supporting more effective chemical purification processes. More conducive to chemical purification process.
