





The 3.4㎡ smelting furnace features a rectangular furnace body, comprising the hearth, tuyere water jacket, upper water jacket, furnace top water jacket, discharge port, discharge port smoke hood, and upper and lower operating platforms.
The tuyere area (hearth area) has a cross-sectional area of 3.4㎡. The tuyere water jacket consists of six segments, assembled into a square frustum shape, while the upper water jacket is square-columnar. The inner wall of all water jackets is formed by pressing 14mm-thick Q345 (boiler steel plate). The outer wall and rib plates are welded using 10mm-thick Q235A steel plates. A pressure test at 0.8MPa for one hour post-welding ensures no leakage. The discharge port, made of heat-resistant cast iron, is equipped with a smoke hood and smoke pipe above it.
The charge column height is 2.6 ~ 2.8 m, and the hearth height is 0.54 ~ 0.61 m, without forehearth
The circulating cooling water system utilizes industrial soft water, prepared through a sodium ion exchanger with a throughput of 5m³/h. The cooling water is delivered using a single-stage centrifugal clean water pump
