The equipment uses ventilation fans as the power source and ambient air as the cooling medium to cool and collect high-temperature flue gas. The equipment mainly consists of five parts: cooling element bundle, ventilation fan, shell structure, ash cleaning mechanism, and control system. The cooling element bundle includes heat transfer plates, plate boxes, side beams, and crossbeams, arranged horizontally. The cooling plate is made of high-quality carbon steel material. The air first flows through the ventilation fan and then into the plate bundle. The outlet temperature of the thermal fluid is mainly controlled by adjusting the airflow through the plate bundle, that is, adjusting the fan speed. The ventilation fan adopts a variable frequency axial flow fan. The ash cleaning system adopts mechanical chain plate vibration for ash cleaning, which can be automatically cleaned during the operation of the equipment by setting parameters through PLC control system, without the need for shutdown. It is mainly used for cooling the anode furnace flue gas and replacing the surface cooler.
